What you will be doing

• Report to Shehzan
• Be an integral part of our team contributing to whatever is needed to help Lava succeed
• Work on tasks related to product, customer success, growth, business strategy, and recruiting and team operations.

• You can grasp self-custody and crypto protocols (ex. bitcoin). You were able to, for example, read our loans specification (can find on our github or twitter) and understand it. You don’t need to understand this in depth btw.
• You are a great communicator (written and verbal).
• You are extremely organized. We have a lot going on at all times. I need someone who can manage various tasks, create processes and organize, and is great at context switching.
• You are scrappy.
• You learn fast.
• You work hard.
• You get shit done quickly.
• You live in NYC, or you’re willing to relocate to NYC.
